Niverina nankany Galgalà Elisea, ary nisy mosary tamin' ny tany. Nipetraka teo anatrehany ny zanaky ny mpaminany tamin' izany, ka hoy izy tamin' ny mpanompony: Ataovy eo an-tokoana ny vilany lehibe, dia mahandroa rò ho an' ny zanaky ny mpaminany.

Elisée revint à Gilgal pendant que la famine était dans le pays. Comme les frères prophètes étaient assis devant lui, il dit à son serviteur : "Mets la grande marmite sur le feu et cuis une soupe pour les frères prophètes."
