But fear not thou, O my servant Jacob, and be not dismayed, O Israel: for, behold, I will save thee from afar off, and thy seed from the land of their captivity; and Jacob shall return, and be in rest and at ease, and none shall make him afraid.

Fa aza matahotra ianao, ry Jakoba mpanompoko, ary aza mivadi-po, ry Isiraely; Fa, indro, hovonjeko avy any amin' ny lavitra ianao, ary ny taranakao avy any amin' ny tany nahababo azy; Dia hiverina Jakoba ka hiadana, eny, handry fahizay izy, ka tsy hisy hanaitaitra azy.

Ary hianao, aza matahotra, ry Jakoba, mpanompoko, aza manam-badi-po, ry Israely. Indro hianao, halaiko avy any an-tany lavitra, ary ny taranakao, avy any amin' ny tany nahababo azy. Ho tafaverina Jakoba, ka hiadana, handry fahizay, tsy misy mpanaitaitra.

Mais toi, ne crains pas, mon serviteur Jacob, ne sois pas terrifié, Israël! Car me voici pour te sauver des terres lointaines, et tes descendants du pays de leur captivité. Jacob reviendra et sera paisible, il sera tranquille, sans personne qui l' inquiète.
