Now it came to pass on the third day, that Esther put on her royal apparel, and stood in the inner court of the king' s house, over against the king' s house: and the king sat upon his royal throne in the royal house, over against the gate of the house.

Ary nony tamin' ny andro fahatelo, dia niakanjo akanjo fiandrianana Estera ka nitsangana teo amin' ny kianja anatiny amin' ny tranon' ny mpanjaka, dia teo anoloan' ny tranon' ny mpanjaka, ary ny mpanjaka nipetraka teo ambonin' ny seza fiandrianan' ny fanjakana tao an-dapa, tandrifin' ny vavahadin' ny trano.

Tamin' ny andro fahatelo, niakanjo ny akanjon' ny mpanjaka Estera, dia niseho teo amin' ny kianja anatin' ny tranon' ny mpanjaka, teo anoloan' ny efi-tranon' ny mpanjaka. Ny mpanjaka izany, nipetraka teo amin' ny seza fiandrianan' ny fanjakana, tandrifin' ny vavahadin' ny lapa.

f "Qu' y a-t-il, Esther? Je suis ton frère! Rassure-toi! Tu ne mourras pas. Notre ordonnance ne vaut que pour le commun des gens. Approche-toi."

Est 5:2

And it was so, when the king saw Esther the queen standing in the court, that she obtained favour in his sight: and the king held out to Esther the golden sceptre that was in his hand. So Esther drew near, and touched the top of the sceptre.

Ary nony hitan' ny mpanjaka fa, indro, Estera, vadin' ny mpanjaka nitsangana teo an-kianja, dia nahita fitia teo imasony izy; ary ny mpanjaka nanondro an' i Estera tamin' ny tehim-bolamena izay teny an-tànany. Dia nanatona kosa Estera ka nanendry ny loha-tehina.

Nony hitan' ny mpanjaka, nitsangana teo an-kianja ny mpanjakavavy Estera, dia nahita fitia teo imasony izy, ka notolorany ny tehim-bolamena teny an-tanany.

b Tandis qu' elle parlait, elle défaillit. Le roi se troubla et tout son entourage cherchait à la ranimer.

Est 5:3

Then said the king unto her, What wilt thou, queen Esther? and what is thy request? it shall be even given thee to the half of the kingdom.

Dia hoy ny mpanjaka taminy: Inona no angatahinao, ry Estera, vadin' ny mpanjaka, ary inona no tadiavinao? Fa na dia hatramin' ny antsasaky ny fanjakana aza, dia homena anao izany.

Dia nanatona Estera ka nanendry ny loha-tehina. Ary hoy ny mpanjaka taminy: Maninona hianao, ry Estera mpanjakavavy, ary inona no angatahinao? Fa homeko anao na dia hatramin' ny antsasaky ny fanjakana aza.

"Qu' y a-t-il, reine Esther? Lui dit le roi. Dis-moi ce que tu désires, et, serait-ce la moitié du royaume, c' est accordé d' avance"

Est 5:4

And Esther answered, If it seem good unto the king, let the king and Haman come this day unto the banquet that I have prepared for him.

Dia namaly Estera ka nanao hoe: Raha sitraky ny mpanjaka aoka, ny mpanjaka sy Hamana hankao anio amin' ny fanasana izay efa namboariko ho azy.

Dia hoy Estera: Raha sitraky ny mpanjaka, aoka ho tonga ao amin' ny fanasana efa namboariko ho azy ny mpanjaka sy Amanà.

"Plairait-il au roi, répondit Esther, de venir aujourd' hui avec Aman au banquet que je lui ai préparé"

Est 5:5

Then the king said, Cause Haman to make haste, that he may do as Esther hath said. So the king and Haman came to the banquet that Esther had prepared.

Dia hoy ny mpanjaka: Asaovy avy faingana Hamana mba hanao araka ny tenin' i Estera. Ary ny mpanjaka sy Hamana dia nankeo amin' ny fanasana izay efa namboarin' i Estera.

Ka hoy ny mpanjaka: Aoka hantsoina miaraka amin' izay Amanà, mba hanao izay nolazain' i Estera. Ka dia nankany amin' ny fanasana namboarin' i Estera ny mpanjaka mbamin' i Amanà.

"Qu' on prévienne aussitôt Aman pour combler le souhait d' Esther", dit alors le roi. Le roi et Aman vinrent ainsi au banquet préparé par Esther

Est 5:6

And the king said unto Esther at the banquet of wine, What is thy petition? and it shall be granted thee: and what is thy request? even to the half of the kingdom it shall be performed.

Ary hoy ny mpanjaka tamin' i Estera teo am-pisotroan-divay: Inona no angatahinao? Fa homena anao izany. Ary inona no tadiavinao? Fa na dia hatramin' ny antsasaky ny fanjakana aza, dia homena Izany.

Teo am-pisotroan-divay, hoy ny mpanjaka tamin' i Estera: Inona no angatahinao? Fa homena anao izany. Inona no irinao? Fa ho azonao, na dia ny an-tsasaky ny fanjakana aza.

et, pendant le banquet, le roi redit à Esther : "Dis-moi ce que tu demandes, c' est accordé d' avance! Dis-moi ce que tu désires, serait-ce la moitié du royaume, c' est chose faite"

Est 5:7

Then answered Esther, and said, My petition and my request is;

Dia namaly Estera ka nanao hoe: Izao no angatahiko sy tadiaviko:

Hoy ny navalin' i Estera: Izao no angatahiko sy iriko:

"Ce que je demande, ce que je désire? Répondit Esther.

Est 5:8

If I have found favour in the sight of the king, and if it please the king to grant my petition, and to perform my request, let the king and Haman come to the banquet that I shall prepare for them, and I will do to morrow as the king hath said.

Raha mahita fitia eto imason' ny mpanjaka aho, ka sitraky ny mpanjaka ny hanome izay angatahiko sy hanome izay tadiaviko, dia aoka ny mpanjaka sy Hamana hankao amin' ny fanasana izay hamboariko ho azy indray; ary rahampitso dia hanao araka ny tenin' ny mpanjaka ihany aho.

Raha nahita fitia eo imason' ny mpanjaka aho, ka sitraky ny mpanjaka ny hanome izay angatahiko, sy hanatanteraka izay iriko, aoka ny mpanjaka ho tonga ao amin' ny fanasana hamboariko ho azy, miaraka amin' i Amanà, dia hamaly ny fanontanian' ny mpanjaka rahampitso.

Si vraiment j' ai trouvé grâce aux yeux du roi, s' il lui plaît d' exaucer ma demande et de combler mon désir, que demain encore le roi vienne avec Aman au banquet que je leur donnerai et j' y exécuterai l' ordre du roi."

Est 5:9

Then went Haman forth that day joyful and with a glad heart: but when Haman saw Mordecai in the king' s gate, that he stood not up, nor moved for him, he was full of indignation against Mordecai.

Dia nivoaka tamin' izany andro izany Hamana, sady faly sy ravoravo ny fony; fa raha nahita an' i Mordekay teo am-bavahadin' ny mpanjaka izy, fa, indro, tsy mba nitsangana na nihetsika hitsaoka azy akory dia feno fahatezerana taminy izy.

Tamin' izany andro izany Amanà nivoaka tamin-kafaliana sy haravoam-po, kanjo nahita an' i Mardokea teo am-bavahadin' ny mpanjaka tsy nitsangana na niraika teo anatrehany, dia tezitra loatra tamin' i Mardokea izy.

Ce jour-là Aman sortit joyeux et le coeur en fête, mais quand, à la Porte Royale, il vit Mardochée ne point se lever devant lui ni bouger de sa place, il fut prit de colère contre lui.

Est 5:10

Nevertheless Haman refrained himself: and when he came home, he sent and called for his friends, and Zeresh his wife.

Kanefa nanindry fo ihany Hamana ka lasa nody tany an-tranony aloha; dia naniraka naka ny sakaizany sy Zaresy vadiny izy.

Nanindry fo ihany anefa Amanà, ka lasa nody tany aminy. Rahefa izany dia nampanalain' i Amanà ny sakaizany sy Zaresa vadiny,

Néanmoins il se contint. Revenu chez lui, il convoqua ses amis et sa femme Zéresh

Est 5:11

And Haman told them of the glory of his riches, and the multitude of his children, and all the things wherein the king had promoted him, and how he had advanced him above the princes and servants of the king.

Ary nambaran' i Hamana tamin' ireo ny voninahitry ny hareny sy ny hamaroan' ny zanany mbamin' Izay voninahitra rehetra nomen' ny mpanjaka azy sy ny nanandratany azy ho ambony noho ny mpanapaka sy ny mpanompon' ny mpanjaka.

dia nolazainy tamin' ireo ny hahavon' ny hareny, ny hamaroan' ny zanany, ny fiambonian' ny voninahitra nomen' ny mpanjaka azy, fa nasandrany ho ambony noho ny andriandahy amam-panompony izy,

et, longuement, devant eux, parla de son éblouissante richesse, du nombre de ses enfants, de tout ce dont le roi l' avait comblé pour l'élever et l' exalter au-dessus de tous ses grands officiers et serviteurs.

Est 5:12

Haman said moreover, Yea, Esther the queen did let no man come in with the king unto the banquet that she had prepared but myself; and to morrow am I invited unto her also with the king.

Ary hoy koa Hamana: He! Estera, vadin' ny mpanjaka, aza tsy naka olona afa-tsy izaho ihany hiaraka amin' ny mpanjaka ho amin' ny fanasana izay efa namboariny; fa nasainy hiaraka amin' ny mpanjaka aho koa rahampitso.

ary izaho irery aza, hoy izy indray, no noraisin' i Estera mpanjakavavy hiaraka amin' ny mpanjaka tao amin' ny fanasana namboariny, sady mbola nasaina indray koa aza aho hiaraka amin' ny mpanjaka any aminy rahampitso.

"Ce n' est pas tout, ajouta-t-il, la reine Esther vient de m' inviter avec le roi, et moi seul, à un banquet qu' elle lui offrait, et bien plus, je suis encore invité par elle avec le roi demain.

Est 5:13

Yet all this availeth me nothing, so long as I see Mordecai the Jew sitting at the king' s gate.

Nefa na dia izany rehetra izany aza, dia tsy mbola mahafa-po ahy ihany, raha mbola mahita an' i Mordekay Jiosy mipetraka eo am-bavahadin' ny mpanjaka aho.

Kanefa tsy mahafa-po ahy izany rehetra izany, raha mbola hitako koa Mardokea, ilay Jody, mipetraka eo am-bavahadin' ny mpanjaka.

Mais que me fait tout cela aussi longtemps que je verrai Mardochée, le Juif, siéger à la Porte Royale"

Est 5:14

Then said Zeresh his wife and all his friends unto him, Let a gallows be made of fifty cubits high, and to morrow speak thou unto the king that Mordecai may be hanged thereon: then go thou in merrily with the king unto the banquet. And the thing pleased Haman; and he caused the gallows to be made.

Dia hoy Zaresy vadiny sy ny sakaizany rehetra taminy: Aoka hanaovana hazo, dimam-polo hakiho ny hahavony, ary raha maraina dia lazao amin' ny mpanjaka mba hahantona eo Mordekay; fa mandehana miaraka amin' ny mpanjaka amin' ny hafaliana ho any amin' ny fanasana ianao. Ary sitrak' i Hamana izany zavatra izany, ka dia nampanao ilay hazo izy.

Ka hoy Zaresa vadiny, sy ireto sakaizany rehetra: Aoka hanamboarana hazo dimampolo hakiho ny hahavony, ary rahampitso maraina dia hangatahinao amin' ny mpanjaka hahantona eo Mardokea; hianao kosa handeha an-kafaliana ho any amin' ny fanasana miaraka amin' ny mpanjaka. Nankasitrahan' i Amanà izany hevitra izany, ka dia nampanamboatra ilay hazo izy.

"Fais seulement dresser une potence de 50 coudées, lui répondirent sa femme, Zéresh, et ses amis; demain matin tu demanderas au roi qu' on y pende Mardochée! Tu pourras alors, tout joyeux, aller rejoindre le roi au banquet!" Ravi du conseil, Aman fit préparer la potence.
